Sessions Wellness Terms & Conditions (Use & Cancellations)
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By booking or attending any service at Sessions Wellness, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions. All services are provided under these conditions unless expressly modified in writing by Sessions Wellness.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
We provide wellness and recovery services including, but not limited to:
- Contrast Therapy including Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunges
- Whole-Body Cryotherapy
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
- Red Light Therapy
- IV Therapy
- Peptide Therapy
- Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Compression Therapy
- PEMF Therapy
All services are non-diagnostic and not intended to replace medical advice. Staff may offer wellness information about modalities but not medical diagnoses or prescriptions unless licensed to do so.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLOSURE
Clients must complete a health intake questionnaire & disclose relevant medical history prior to services.
For certain therapies (e.g., Peptide or Hormone therapies, HBOT), an evaluation by a qualified provider may be required before starting.
Failure to disclose health conditions, medications, or contraindications may lead to refusal of service without refund.
4. GENERAL SAFETY & CONTRAINDICATIONS
While many modalities are generally safe, each has precautions (e.g., cryotherapy has temperature limits and contraindications like severe cardiovascular disease) and some require physician clearance.
Sessions Wellness is not responsible for adverse reactions if contraindications were not disclosed by the client.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Appointments: Must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee (often price of service or portion).
Late Cancellations (under 24 hours): Subject to cancellation fee.
No-Shows: May be charged full session cost.
Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may lead to pre-payment requirements. Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies or clinical advice.
6. REFUNDS & PACKAGE EXPIRATION
Single sessions: non-refundable once service is rendered.
Package sessions: valid for the contracted period. Expired sessions may be forfeited unless prior arrangement is made.
Memberships: 30-day cancellation policy, unless otherwise stated in your Membership Agreement. To process your cancellation request, your account status must be active. In the event your account is frozen, the account must be reactivated before the membership cancellation request can be processed. Any membership payment set to occur within 30-days after receipt of your cancellation request will occur as scheduled. You will have 30 days from the date of your last payment to utilize any previously unused sessions. Any remaining sessions or promotional rates will be forfeited.
No refunds for unused sessions unless required by law.
7. PAYMENT
Clients agree to pay session fees in full at time of service or as otherwise contracted. Unpaid balances may incur interest or collection actions.
8. CONSENT
Some services require informed consent. Clients must sign a consent form acknowledging understanding of benefits, risks, and alternatives before treatment.
9. PRIVACY & RECORDS
Client health data is confidential and stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Sessions Wellness may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use or booking signifies acceptance.
